Our nearly 20,000 SQUARE FOOT versatile, fully film-able facility begins with 9 VIP parking spaces just outside the front doors of a beautifully furnished lobby. From there, you’ll find:

Longview also boasts a BUSTLING and EAGER FILM COMMUNITY with lots of LOCAL UNION and NON-UNION TALENT and CREW who have worked on countless production both studio sized and independent. And don’t forget that filming in Longview qualifies You for an EXTRA 2.5% CASH BACK from the State, as it is outside the major metro filming zones. OH! And FILMING PERMITS?…NO PROBLEM! Longview doesn’t require them.
